Mr. Vikram Singh Chauhan has an impressive work history of over 31 years in managing and executing infrastructure projects. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering with specialisation in Civil Engineering. By virtue of his technical expertise, complemented with a strong leadership acumen, Mr. Chauhan has established himself as a CEO to be reckoned with in the Indian infrastructure domain.
Mr. Chauhan is a hands-on CEO who takes charge of the end-to-end execution of projects. He has been a cornerstone behind the success of many complex and large projects which includes Tunnels, Hydro Electric, Irrigation and Buildings. He is proficient in the New Austrian Tunnelling Method (NATM) and successfully completed critical and multifaceted projects in shear zones and difficult terrains. He was also felicitated by then Irrigation Minister of Telangana for his contribution towards Kaleshwaram Project.
Mr. Chauhan started his career with Continental Construction Ltd. and played a key role in execution of Hydro Projects and Great Man-Made River Project in Libya.
Prior to joining us, he has worked in management level positions with IVRCL, HCC, Tangnu-Romai Power Generation Pvt. Ltd and also a Technical Advisor for several organizations. He has been involved in signing power purchase agreement with Govt. of Himachal Pradesh and executed several projects in Tanzania, Nepal and Libya. He was also instrumental in execution of Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Electric Project (Largest Hydro Power Project in India) working in close collaboration with overseas experts.

Ambareesh Munnangi is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, Boston. As the Chief Finance Officer, he is instrumental in developing financial solutions which have resulted in significant cost savings for the company.
Prior to joining Max Infra, Ambareesh was a Trade Finance Controller and a Commodity derivatives trader with the Swiss Singapore Overseas Enterprises Pte Ltd. He is a natural leader and a problem solver; besides his core role, he was in charge of the Core team which was entrusted with an additional responsibility of implementing Database Management Software (DBMS), Commodity Trade and Risk Management (CTRM) modules and workflow authorization systems to help improve company’s seamless information flow and risk controls.
Ambareesh brings the above-mentioned qualities and more to Max Infra, he championed the implementation of SAP ERP software in the company. This has increased the transparency of the projects and supported the growing pace of the company. He spearheaded the challenge of change management by introducing new policies and procedures in the company. He has more than a decade experience of working in countries such as Singapore and UAE that are popular trade centres of the world. This global experience is an asset to him as well as to the company while negotiating deals internationally and understanding global financial structures.
